The platform provides software for managing medical facilities, electronic documentation, and patient coordination. The specific scope of functions is determined by the respective contract and the product description.
User Obligations
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered, the security of their access credentials, and compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Access must not be shared with third parties.
Availability and Maintenance
We strive to ensure high availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance. We assume no liability for unplanned outages caused by force majeure or third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
Liability for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
Data Protection and Security

Termination of Use
