The platform processes various categories of data: form data such as name, email address, and phone number that you provide during registration or when contacting us; technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system; as well as usage data that provides insights into interactions with the platform. In a medical context, organizational data regarding appointments and coordination workflows may also be processed insofar as this is necessary for the functionality of the software.
Processing is carried out exclusively to provide and improve the platform: to manage user accounts, to handle inquiries, to ensure system security, and to analyze usage patterns. Automated appointment scheduling and data analysis serve to optimize operational workflows in medical facilities. Processing for other purposes, such as advertising or profiling, does not take place.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as it is necessary for the performance of a contract with you, as well as on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate interests in the security and functionality of the platform. If you submit data to us via forms, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR applies based on your consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.
The platform uses technically necessary cookies to provide basic functions such as login and session management. In addition, we use analytics cookies that help us understand how the platform is used. This data is evaluated anonymously or pseudonymously and is not shared with third parties. You can restrict or block the use of cookies through your browser settings; however, this may affect the functionality of the platform.
Personal data is only disclosed to service providers who support us in providing the platform. This includes hosting providers that supply the server infrastructure, as well as providers of analytics and form services. All processors are contractually obligated to comply with the GDPR and process data exclusively on our instructions. Transfer to third countries outside the EU only occurs if adequate safeguards within the meaning of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR exist.
Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes. Account data is deleted after the end of use, provided no statutory retention obligations conflict. Technical logs are anonymized after no more than 12 months. Form data submitted in the context of inquiries is deleted after the request has been processed, but no later than after 24 months.
You have the right to access the data we store about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR), to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), and to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR). Furthermore, you have a right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and a right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). If you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Complaints can be submitted to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna).

All information on this website reflects the current status and is regularly reviewed. There are no hidden costs, no artificial urgency, and no undisclosed partnerships. The platform is a standalone product and has no official connection to public authorities or third-party providers unless expressly indicated.
